At the meeting point of a special architectural solutions and nature, a unique accommodation building was born. The exterior reed cover makes the building’s surfaces magically soft. Its ventilated spaces help natural cooling and make the time spent comfortable.
The entire house contains the following:

4 apartments- 2 + 2 persons - bathroom / kitchen / gallery / terrace
Fully equipped kitchen, oven, hot plate. microwave oven. toaster, water boiler, coffee machine, 32” LED TV, hair dryer, cloth drying stand, towel, bed sheets, large cupboards garden chairs for the terrace, air conditioning, etc.
Interior common area - 16 - 20 person – party kitchen / 20-person table / lounge area / separate water block
Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven/freezer, hot plate, microwave oven, 40” SMART LED TV, air conditioning, etc.
Exterior common area – a party terrace placed between two parts of the building, with a garden / 20-24 people table
Beach and Lounge garden – beach volleyball court / ping-pong / Jacuzzi / sauna / tile and grass covered sunbathing terrace / garden shower
WI-FI – free WI-FI access throughout the building
Parking – camera guarded parking
